I wrote about this today and the answer was clear.

I wrote about this today and the answer was clear.

Through my journey in education and coaching I've come to realize that the only place I've been taught how to communicate effectively in business, in love, in conflict is in my formal graduate and post graduate education. This made me sad but then made me aware of such an amazing opportunity.

The legacy I would like to leave behind is a generation of k-12 aged children to young adults who are given this priceless education in the beginning stages of life to be able to deal with their emotions especially the negative ones in healthy ways.

This will lessen suffering and catapult success through confidence and self compassion. Learning from our well-meaning parents who were also not taught any of this is not enough.

I want my epitaph to read:

She lived life with passion, purpose and integrity and shared this with all she encountered leaving the world more beautiful, joyful and peaceful for generations to come.

Sometimes we don't go after our dreams or goals because we think of them in one ginormous THING. That thought generates anxiety and overwhelm that in our mindsapd makes our dream seem too big for us. Unsurmountable. It's not.

What's your goal?

You don't have to do it all at once. In fact we cannot and nobody else did either. They broke it down into tiny actionable steps that are even too easy NOT to do.

What is that tiny little first thing that will move you toward your goal?

Write what it is in the comments.

Then.... repeat this exercise.
EVERY. DAY. UNTIL. DONE.

"The group that received health coaching was 3.6 times more likely to report moderate, hard or very hard intensity activity versus reporting inactivity or light activity at six months and 2.9 times more likely to report such at one year.

Depression scores at six months were also significantly lower among participants receiving health coaching....

Six months after our participants were coached, the increase in exercise was still maintained."
